1 Introduction & Consent

8 Prohibited Activities

• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Goot11 may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (over 365 days).
• Orders or directives from a court or regulatory authority.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

Goot11 accepts no liability for the following.

• Any losses related to a game or bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment services.
• Damage caused by issues with your device or software.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Goot11's total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you actually deposited in that calendar month.
